Porcini Veal Escalopes - italian recipe


Veal with mushrooms

You will need
  • - 4 potato tubers;
  • - 200 g of champignons;
  • - 3 onions;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 kg of veal;
  • - 2 tablespoons of dry wine;
  • - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley;
  • - 50 g peeled pistachios;
  • - 70 ml of cream;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - Salt;
  • - Ground black pepper.
Instruction
Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Water drain.
Mushrooms clean and cut into cubes.
Chop the onion and garlic.
Repel meat, salt, pepper, sprinkle with wine and leave for 30 minutes.
Put the stuffing on the meat layer, roll it up and tie it with cooking thread.
Place the meat on a baking sheet, pour in 150 ml of water and bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
