Good evening, dear. The question is: The employee 01/09/14 came out of parental leave up to 1.5 years ahead of time. The month has worked completely, since 10/01/14 I have written an application for a part-time work (4 hours). As I understand it, we will have to pay salary and allowance at the expense of the FSS. How to arrange it correctly and what the FSS itself thinks about it. Will they reimburse payments made by the employee until the child is 1.5 years old?
