Spicy Fried Egg Salad (Thai Food) – Yam Khai Dao ยำไข่ดาว

You will need
- - eggs - 6 pieces
- - onion - 1 piece
- - chili pepper - 1 piece
- - garlic - 2 cloves
- - vegetable oil - 300 ml
- - soy sauce - 40 ml
- - sugar - 50 g
- - cilantro - 5 g
Peel the onion, garlic. Chop the onion. Chop garlic.
Chilli cut in half. Remove the seeds. Finely chop.
Pour into the fryer, heat the oil. In it dip pepper, onion, garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.
Put the vegetables on a napkin. Use skimmer for this. Let the oil flow.
Cook eggs. Cool them, clean. Dip the eggs in the butter where the vegetables were cooked. 3 minutes fry them. Put on a napkin.
Mix soy sauce in a skillet with sugar. Heat the mixture on the stove until sugar is dissolved. Mix cilantro leaves with onions.
Eggs cut into quarters. Place them on a platter. Add onion, sauce. Salad ready.
