How to Strawberry Sauce (Great sauce for cheesecake, funnel cake) - CookwithApril

Strawberry sauce

You will need
  • - 1 glass of water
  • - 100 g butter,
  • - ½ cup flour,
  • - ½ tsp Sahara,
  • - peel ½ part lemon,
  • - 4 eggs.
  • For jam:
  • - 400 g fresh strawberries (can be frozen),
  • - 200 g of sugar sand,
  • - 1 tbsp. vinegar.
First make some jam. To do this, put sugar and berries in a frying pan, put it on medium heat and cook, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add vinegar and cook, stirring for about 8-10 minutes. Then turn off and remove from the stove.
Pour into a pan of water, add salt, sugar and butter, chopped into pieces. Put on medium heat and cook until the butter has melted. Remove from the heat and add flour, stirring constantly.
Put the pan back on the stove and cook, stirring constantly, until the dough rolls into a bowl, and a crust does not form at the bottom, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, put the dough in a bowl. Add the eggs one by one, stir to a uniform consistency. The dough in the end should be brilliant and smooth.
Pour the sunflower oil in a deep frying pan and place on the stove. Heat over medium heat.
Make small balls out of dough.Put them in deep fat and fry until ready, about 3-5 minutes. At the end, put the donuts on paper towels to absorb excess fat. Serve with strawberry sauce.
