Prunes stuffed with cheese
You will need
- - prunes - 500 g;
- - soft melted cheese - 200 g;
- - orange - 1 pc .;
- - raisins - 2 tbsp. l .;
- - poppy - 2 tbsp. l .;
- - cream (25-33%) - 6 tbsp. l .;
- - powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. l
Preparing prunes. Soak prunes in cold water for 3 hours. Then rinse well and remove bones.
Cooking stuffing. Poppy fill with boiling water and leave to cool. Then strain the water. Soak the raisins in cold water for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse well. Mix poppy seeds with raisins and grind the mixture with a blender until smooth.
Remove the zest from the orange. From the pulp of the orange squeeze the juice. Mix cheese with orange juice, and then add chopped raisins with poppy seeds. Mix well. The filling is ready.
Carefully stuff the prepared prunes with stuffing. Put the prunes on the dish, garnish with powdered sugar and orange peel. Beat the cream in a cool foam and serve with prunes. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
