However, sometimes a product frozen immediately after harvesting contains much more nutrients than a fresh one, which took more than one day to transport. Therefore, if there is a choice, for example, between fresh broccoli from Poland and freezing, it is better to take a freeze.

Large, glossy fruit attracts attention. However, no matter how tempting they look, it should be remembered that their brightness speaks of a huge amount of pesticides. Organic apples can be small and unpretentious, but will bring more health benefits.


All manipulations with vegetables and fruits should be kept to a minimum.


Experts advise to literally touch fruits and vegetables as little as possible, that is, not to cut them, and if cut, into large pieces. Why?
