You will need
  • - flour - 350 g;
  • - salt - 1/3 tablespoon;
  • - icing sugar - 1/3 tablespoon;
  • - dry yeast - 1/2 bag;
  • - warm water - 200 ml;
  • - garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - chopped parsley - 1 tablespoon;
  • - freshly ground black pepper.
Combine warm water, powdered sugar and yeast in the same bowl. Do not touch this mixture for 15 minutes. Thus, the result is a sponge.
Sifting the flour, add salt to it and place on a work surface in the form of a hill, at the top of which it is necessary to make a well. Put the finished dough into the received dredging. From the resulting mass knead the dough. Mix it for at least 10 minutes. When it is ready, wrap with cling film. In this position, hold for a quarter of an hour.
Combine the parsley with olive oil and finely chopped garlic cloves. Mix everything thoroughly.
Cut the dough with a knife into 2 pieces. Then roll in such a way as to obtain layers, the thickness of which is no more than 1 centimeter. By the way, you don't need to roll with a rolling pin - you just need to squeeze with your fingers.
Carefully coat the rolled layers with garlic paste and season with freshly ground black pepper. As such, gently place on a greased baking sheet. Then take a knife and use it to make small transverse cuts on the dough and stretch it so that it turns out to be holes. Do not touch for a quarter of an hour.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and send the dish to it for about 5-7 minutes. Garlic tortillas are ready!
