How to cook casseroles with cheese

You will need
    • deep baking dish;
  • oven;
  • 100 gr. cheese;
  • 50 gr. oils;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 300 gr. any meat
  • or fish;
  • 300 gr. potatoes;
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • spices to taste.

To prepare the dish you need to prepare a baking dish. It can be a pan, a deep pan, or a special rectangular shape that can be found in the store. After making sure that the form is clean and dry, warm it slightly and carefully smear it with oil.
Pre-process products. Vegetables and mushrooms must be cleaned, washed thoroughly and finely chopped. Separate the meat, chicken and fish from the bones, rinse and blot with a napkin, remove excess liquid, and then rub with spices. They are also desirable to cut into small pieces. Sometimes the stuffing is pre-boiled or fried until half cooked, but you can also use raw foods. Cheese is best grated, or chopped in a blender.
Fill your form with fillingcasseroles. You can lay the ingredients in layers, or mix all previously in a separate container. Fill the filling with a sauce consisting of sour cream with spices, herbs and, if desired, with the addition of milk or broth. Sprinkle with a layer of grated cheese on top.
Put the form in the oven and bake at 220 degrees. The baking time depends on the ingredients you used: raw foods need to be cooked longer than pre-processed ones. When the cheese is baked with a golden crust, remove the finished casserole from the oven. Allow it to cool slightly and can serve the dish on the table.
