How to cook burgers with chicken fillet, cheese and bell pepper
You will need
- - 500 g chicken fillet;
- - 150 g of hard cheese;
- - 200 g of bell pepper;
- - 100 g buns;
- - 2 onions;
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - breadcrumbs;
- - greens to taste;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - vegetable oil.
Thaw chicken fillets in advance. Rinse under running water and dry. Mince meat or chop in a food processor.
Pour the muffin over with water and leave to stand until it is softened. Grate cheese. Peel and chop the bulbs with a knife. Pepper, rinse and remove the tail and all the insides. Cut it into small cubes. Rinse greens, dry and chop finely.
Add the bun to the meat. When removing the muffin from the milk, drain the excess liquid. Add chopped onion, pepper, herbs and grated cheese. Salt and pepper the mixture, then stir. Make the patties from the mixture.
Put the breadcrumbs in a shallow plate and roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs. Add butter to the frying pan and heat on the fire. Fry the patties in an odorless oil on both sides. Fry each side for no more than 10 minutes on medium heat. Serve burgers better with sauce and herbs.
