How to bake a cupcake from cottage cheese
You will need
- - cottage cheese - 300 g;
- - flour of the highest grade - 160 g;
- - chicken eggs - 5 pcs .;
- - butter - 0.5 packs (90-100 g);
- - sugar - 180 g;
- - raisins - 100 g (optional);
- - baking powder dough - 1 tbsp. l .;
- - vanillin - 1 sachet;
- - icing sugar;
- - mixer, immersion blender;
- - baking dish.
Put the butter in a small bowl and melt it in a water bath or in the microwave. Chicken eggs with sugar, beat with a mixer at high speed into a white fluffy foam. Then add the melted butter and mix.
If you have curd with grains, first grind it with a dip blender into a homogeneous mass. If the cottage cheese is soft, then simply shift it to beaten eggs with sugar and butter. After that, stir the mixture with a spoon or a mixer at medium speed.
In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder and vanilla. Then partly transfer it to the curd mass and mix thoroughly so that no flour lumps remain. After that, pour in the washed and dried raisins (optional).
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. While it is heating, grease the baking dish with any butter and pour the resulting dough into it. After that, send the form in the oven and bake a cake with cottage cheese for 40 minutes.
Remove the finished product from the oven. After 5-10 minutes, transfer it out of shape on a plate. After cooling, sprinkle icing sugar over the cake and serve.
