How to cook:

Now you need to make a batter: We take all the chickpea flour and begin to mix with water to the consistency of a thin porridge. Pour some salt, put pepper, ground cumin and dried garlic, baking soda, melted margarine and chopped mint. All mix well with a whisk or a simple fork.
For frying, we take a small frying pan and pour vegetable oil into it. Now every prepared piece of cheese is dipped into the dough, put into hot oil and fried on one side, and then turned over and fried on the other to a beautiful golden crust, about 3-4 minutes. Put the finished slices on tracing paper or food paper so that the excess oil is absorbed into it. We put the finished things on beautiful plates, decorate with green leaves and beautifully chopped tomatoes.
