Cheese Potato Pancakes Recipe
Cooking potato patties with sauce
You will need
- - potatoes - 4 pcs .;
- - butter - 1-2 tsp;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- - salt - to taste;
- - Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
- For the sauce:
- - milk - 0.25 l;
- - chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
- - butter - 1 tsp;
- - wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
- - salt and pepper - to taste;
- - Greens - 3 sprigs.
Rinse raw potatoes, peel. Pour potable water into a convenient pot by volume, lower the peeled and washed potatoes. Set the pot with the products on medium heat, reduce the heat after boiling. 5-7 minutes before the end of cooking potatoes, salt water.
After making sure that the potatoes are boiled, remove the pan from the heat and gently drain the water. Mash hot potatoes with butter until mashed. Then form the resulting mass in the form of patties.
Heat the pan with vegetable oil. Roll each semi-finished product in flour, spread on a hot surface of the frying pan and fry on both sides.
Prepare food for milk sauce. Cook hard-boiled eggs, cool and free from the shell. Rinse greens in warm water, pat dry, chop finely.
Pound butter and flour in a deep bowl. Gradually add milk, salt, mix everything until smooth. Boil the mixture over low heat until thick. Mix the resulting mixture with finely chopped eggs, herbs and pepper.
Serve the ready sauce in a sauce-pot. Put the potato patties on a dish and serve. Milk sauce gives the dish a special touch.
